I am a Certified Civil Engineer graduated from La Paz Technological Institute, I was Director of Estrategia Constructiva from 2002 to 2020, I participated as General Director of Public Works from 2011 to 2012 and as General Director of Urban Development from 2012 to 2015 at the H. Ayuntamiento de La Paz. In addition, within the area of teaching I participated as a professor for Costs and Budgets in the career of Civil Engineering of the ITLP.
In the trade union, I was President of the XVII Directing Council of the Civil Engineers Association of Baja California Sur, AC from 2010 to 2012, President of the XXIV Directing Council of the Federation of Civil Engineers Associations of the Mexican Republic from 2017 to 2019, and Continental Representative in America of the World Council of Civil Engineers from 2019 to 2022, where I created the “Let’s Talk About Civil Engineering” initiative.
Since 2019 I direct the blog “Contrafuerte” dedicated to Construction and Civil Engineering issues.

Certification by the American Concrete Institute of Concrete Building Supervision.
